In todays edition of the El Paso Times county employee and self righteous attorney Ouisa Davis once again gives El Pasoan's a reason to question where our taxes are going. Davis writes a column in the El Paso Times where she spreads her left wing propaganda even though she is an El Paso County Employee. I can here the critics now. "she does it on her lunch time or at home". Click here to read the article. This is not the first time this has been brought up but for some reason she has been able to get away with it because she is labeled at the end of her columns as an attorney at law in El Paso and not as the Division Chief of the Friend of the Court Division of the El Paso County Domestic Relations Office like she should be. But I guess telling the truth would be too obvious and would cause people to ask questions. We wouldn't want that to happen? Why should people be bothered by a county employee spreading her political agenda on a weekly column printed in the largest newspaper in town? (sarcasm)
I just find it ironic that Davis opens the last paragraph with "As we enjoy our employment benefits". It is obvious that one of her employment benefits is that she is allowed to write her very partisan column even though she is paid by tax payer dollars. Davis has to make up her mind. Does she want to be a political newspaper columnist or the Division Chief of the Friend of the Court Division of the El Paso County Domestic Relations Office. Technically she can't do both.
